Q-CONTROL HAS THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL FEATURES:
MINOR Q-CONTROL

TOTEM Ticket Dispenser (TD)

The ticket dispenser can be of a touch screen with colour LCD display (CTS totem) or a push-button version with 12 buttons and changeable printed text (PB). The buttons of the PB ticket dispenser are made of metal, good for heavy duty use.
By use of the central computer the content of the displays of the CTS totems can be modified, grouped on demand. The client can select the appropriate language, which will be the language of the call as well.
The content of the LCD totem, i.e., the names of the services can be freely varied, while in the case of the PB, the printed text can be changed simply. In all ticket dispensers a thermal printer with a built in cutter ensures the printing of tickets with the required information.

The administrator can execute the same services using a PC, a monitor and a mouse. (Any other application can run on the counter PC simultaneously.) To meet special demands the keyboard is equipped with extra four programmable buttons.

DP3 Display

The display consists of three digits (seven segment units) of 60 mm height. The colour of the digits is normally red. The display is placed above the counter. It shows the number of the called client.
