Q-Control has the following special features:
 
3 services can be chosen

Clients can choose a maximum of 3 services at the same time, which are handled by the system under the same ticket number; optimising the length of the individual waiting periods. The system also ensures that while administration is in process the client is not called to another selected service and that the client is automatically transferred to the next service when the current administration process is completed.

 
Suspension of the execution of a transaction

The client can be put on the waiting list again, if the transaction selected by the client is accompanied by a back office activity. In the meantime the next client can be called, so the administration can be optimised, the employee's work becomes more effective.

 
Languages

It is a unique feature that the system is able to communicate with the client in the chosen language, chosen – by the client. The menu displayed on the screen, the ticket printing, the voice call – all, will take place in the chosen language. The system will call the client to a counter where the clerk speaks this language. After having the ticket printed, the, so called basic language is set back. Organisations providing services also for foreign clients may take the advantage of this opportunity.

 
Transfer

It happens that, by mistake, the client chooses an inappropriate service (pushes a wrong button). To avoid inconvenience because of queuing up in vain, the client can be transferred to the right queue and will be called to a counter where the transaction can be completed. In case of choosing more than one service, the transfer will take place automatically after having the first transaction completed.
